General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

§ 1 General provisions

The following GTC govern the contractual relationship between patients/clients and the practice Radiologisches Zentrum Baden AG. By booking services, the patient/client acknowledges the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Deviating general terms and conditions are not valid.

§ 2 Dates

Appointments can be made by telephone, online, by e-mail or in person. Agreed appointments are binding. Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment in person, by telephone or by e-mail. Cancellation after this deadline is considered a missed appointment and, if we are unable to find another patient, will be charged as follows:
