More space for patients

With our Philips® Panorama HFO, we are the only radiology practice in the canton of Aargau to have a high-field MRI scanner with a field strength of 1 Tesla. The open design of the MR scanner offers patients who suffer from claustrophobia a comfortable examination with optimum image quality.

Open construction

The open design of the magnet reduces the feeling of confinement and is a great advantage for patients with claustrophobia ("claustrophobia"). For anxious children, a parent can be positioned directly next to the child.
Adults can be accompanied and supported by their partners during the examination.

Before the examination

If you are unsure whether you can lie in the MRI machine for the entire duration of the examination, you are cordially invited to a test bed.

Our two MRI devices have their specific areas of application. Some MRI examinations require a high magnetic field strength for a high diagnostic value and should therefore be performed in a closed 3 Tesla device (Philips® Ingenia) can be performed. Depending on the individual needs of the patient and the diagnostic requirements of the referring physician, the type of device is selected by our specialist staff.
