Fundamentals

Even in the age of modern examination procedures such as MRI and CT, conventional X-rays and fluoroscopy of organs continue to be of great importance. The use of a filmless and fully digital system allows us to produce high-quality images with minimal radiation dose. Our conventional (digital) X-ray images are stored electronically and are available at any time.

Before the examination

Conventional X-ray images do not require any preparation. However, fluoroscopy-guided minimally invasive examinations sometimes require preparation. You will be informed of this in good time by our registration ladies.

After the examination

You can leave our institute immediately after the X-ray without any special follow-up. Your referring doctor will receive the written examination report and access to the image data in the shortest possible time.

Our device

Our X-ray machine is suitable for a wide range of examinations, from simple X-rays to fluoroscopy-guided interventions, e.g. contrast medium injections into joints (arthrography). Thanks to modern technology, radiation exposure is kept as low as possible.
